Merchant Agreement


The following policy sets forth the terms and conditions upon which you may use the services through our website. If you use the services in any way, these Terms of Use apply to you. By accepting the terms of Service and using the Services in any manner, you agree to this merchant agreement without modification and enter into a binding contract with Brussels-Seminars.

Ogeeplast/Brussels-Seminars’ Role

Brussels-Seminars is the organiser and the owner of the events listed on the website. Payments made by attendees will be collected by Brussels-Seminars. It is the obligation of Ogeeplast/Brussels-Seminars to ensure that any event page posted, the nature and conduct of the event meet all applicable local, state, provincial and national laws, rules and regulations, and that the goods and services described in any event pages are actually delivered in a satisfactory manner.

Selection of payment processing method

Brussels-Seminars will select a payment processing method which will offer, whenever possible, the smoothest and safest way for the attendees. In case Brussels-Seminars selects a third party payment processing partner, your payment details will be transmitted to this third party partner.


Specific registration fees will be set-up for each event. The fee will vary depending on the duration, the location, the teaching availabilities (pre-conference courses, etc.), etc.
Preferential rates are often accessible for attendees registering early to an event. When applicable, ‘registering’ means registration for which payment has been received by Brussels-Seminars.
The fees charged to the participants may include certain other charges, including without limitation facility fees, royalties, taxes, processing fees and fulfillment fees.
Participants who have not fully paid their registration fee will not be allowed in the event area.


Registration fee(s) will be charged to participants in Euros.


Upon an order being placed by an Attendee and confirmed through Brussels-Seminars, Brussels-Seminars generates a confirmation message and issues a unique confirmation number for such Attendee’s order.


Any refund request will be addressed to Brussels-Seminars. The refund policy which can vary from an event to another will govern.


An invoice will be made available for participants requesting it.

Disclosure authorization

Third party payment processing partner

Participants agree that Brussels-Seminars is permitted to share registration data and transaction details with third party payment processing partner if applicable.

Fiscal inquiry

Participants agree that Brussels-Seminars is permitted to share registration data and transaction details with the competent authority in case of fiscal inquiry.

Disclosure authorization – email addresses

Each participant will be requested to provide Brussels-Seminars with a valid email address. This will happened through the registration process.
The email address will be kept and stored in our email tool which will be used by Brussels-Seminars whenever necessary.
Brussels-Seminars will use the email tool in compliance with all applicable national laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to spam and email.
The use of email tool will be solely to advertise, promote and/or manage an activity linked to the event.
Most of the information will be sent to participants via email but in case a participant wants to opt out of receiving emails from Brussels-Seminars, Brussels-Seminars will respect this wish. However no other mean to disseminate the information will be set-up by Brussels-Seminars.

Site content

All material available from the Brussels-Seminars website ( and all of the web pages or sub domains), including without limitation information, data, text, editorial, content, design elements, looks and feel, formatting, graphics, photographs, videos, music, sounds and other content made available by Brussels-Seminars is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other intellectual property and other proprietary rights and laws.
Except as expressly authorised by Brussels-Seminars in writing each participant agrees not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works of any site content, or post any site content.


Any dispute between Brussels-Seminars and a participant about interpretation, performance or termination of agreements entered into on the basis of this Merchant Agreement will be the exclusive competence of the Courts of Brussels. Only Belgian law applies.
